Continue reading »]]> Yesterday was baking day, and actually last week was baking day.

Last Sunday I made San Diego Sunshine Bread.  It is a sweet whole wheat loaf with a delicate hint of orange.  A wonderful sweet breakfast bread!

Yesterday I made Raisin Bread.  On a hot summer’s evening, a chilled fruit salad and a slice of this delicate bread are perfect together.
